11.28.05 :: Daniel Marks, aka erth, has been reported missing. he went to visit the island of kauai, hawaii on november 10. he was to return on the 16 to san francisco, then to minnesota on the 20th to be with his family, and did not make either flight. if you have any information on daniel's whereabouts, please contact the police department in kauai at 808 241 1691. daniel is a great friend, amazing musician and an incredible person. his friends and family are very worried. he was last seen on november 16th in a 'dazed and confused state.' the following is from the last communication daniel sent to anyone: "Again and again I realize music is the only constant in my life. I'm always filled with self doubt about my music and whether I can actually contribute anything to friends or family or the world." daniel, in fact, contributes more to the world than anyone i have met, and has always been a big inspiration both musically and as a human being.

10.12.04 - here's a little run down on what we have on the site and what will defintely be up soon. music-wise we have pages + mp3's for oao, some audio acrobatics and the quartet, and pages for sonifr, erth, semuta and the jizz whalers (although soon the JW page will have it's own design style). soon we hope to have pages for eli rutschman and ben-hur (aka helen hunt) and mp3's for everybody. any team:abunai'ers out there with music they want to share + promote on the site you're more than welcome to. just email danger@teamabunai.org. other than music, we have some artwork from jules, and we should have some writing from phlar and seth kolon soon; art from erin ford; video from phlar, maude carroll and corey lyons; and more and more recipes (of which we now have two, but i'll whip some up soon myself). also, phlar wrote a manifesto for us here.
you may have also noticed some stuff missing from the menu on the left. i felt it would be best and easier if i only listed the sections we actually have or will definitely have in the next week (writers _ mathematicians!!!). i will add the other sections like news, video, etc. once we have stuff to put there!
so the site is getting closer and closer to being launched everyday. besides some minor site tweeking, all we're really waiting on is content. i also encourage everybody to use the forum and share your thoughts and ideas.
